So. IL | Bolts don't just come loose unless there is a design or an assembly problem.
That being said dad had a 2-150 that had broken a motor mount bolt. Had to drill it and remove it with an extractor.
I'd be looking to get a service manual for that machine and find out what the assembly specifications are for the loose bolts.
The manufacturer may have specified a thread locker and none was used during reassembly by the previous owner. At a minimum I would be replacing the loose bolts with new ones of the proper grade and length along with new lockwashers of the proper type (if specified).
