I'm not sure how your parts washer is setup but we've got one that sits on top of a 30 gallon drum that we pour about 10 gallons of used anti-freeze in before adding the solvent. The solvent is enough lighter that it won't mix (we did a jar test first to be sure it would work) and all the dirt settles down out of the solvent.
