That's a four digit machine.  It was barely a five digit one 10,000 hours ago when it was new. 

Theres hundreds of thousands of toys out there which are worth a whole lot more then that tractor.  I don't see any realistic chance that driving it in circles in an icy field is going to do any damage to it, either.  We drive them in circles all day long on semi-solid ground all summer.  

As for the safety nazis,  same type who want to ban racing, four wheelers, big 4x4's, turning up your engine and riding a bicycle without a helmet, all things I have indulged in from time to time.
