| We have an 8050 Allis, that now as about 19,000 hours.
There's something wrong with the hydraulics. When at idle or low engine RPMs, the hyd pump starts to howl. It sounds like one of the remote levers is stuck, but it's not.
A while ago, I had problems with jerky hydraulics (with the same problem as above) -- I changed the filters, which solved the jerkiness in the steering, but not the noise. All hyd functions seem to work OK, now.
What's wrong? Is the hyd pump going out? Is there something sticking that won't let the system go to low pressure standby? | |
