Subject: Re: up coming auction (and potatoes)

Southeast Wyoming

I didn't realize Gary had passed away.  It's been a while since I was there but at that time one of the guys there said they took in several semi loads per day of stuff Gary bought on auctions around the country.  Most of the "equipment" I saw appeared to range from "well used" to "scrap".

Off - topic:  I turned down a load of seed potatoes from just north of Alliance earlier today - the flu bug has populated our area, I may be on the verge of entertaining one.  I've hauled out of just south of Hemingford in the past but not from Alliance.  Are there a lot of seed potatoes yet to move long distances to/from your area?  Are the rates going to compensate for the high price of fuel - I'm sure that is a bad subject?
