Subject: Spraying Whites

My question is regarding water volume and spray pressure.
I sprayed my whites last week, close to 50% bloom, and used 15 gal @ 60 psi with an AI Teejet.
Although I've already planned for a 2nd application I am concerned about my ability to penetrate into the canopy. What kind of protection can I expect, and should I aim for 20 gal on the 2nd round for better coverage. There was considerable white mold in one of the fields in 2004, and planted to wheat in '05

The crop looks excellent throughout and is quite lush, so I want to do my best to protect it.

1 pass for herbicide, 1 pass for leafhoppers, 2 passes for fungicide, 1 pass for dessicant....

I really hope they yield !

Thanks in advance for any advice/tips on achieving good protection .
