OK, I took silly season from what Nascar calls the late season jumping around of sponsors and drivers. But, I know many seed dealers have been at meetings these last few days learning about all the new programs and gimics to offer this next year. With additional buyouts, additional loss of market share here and gain over there I'm sure we will have our hands full trying to determine which route to go. I have been promised by numerous seed reps over the last few years that they were going to go back to rewarding producers for past seed business loyalty and cut out some of the gimic programs. My guess is that this will once agin NOT occur this year. Should be interesting.
