Subject: Planning for next years corn after wheat

Henry, Illinois
Wheat stubble going into corn in 07. Planning on strip tilling NH3 this fall. I will also apply a burn down product(glystar & 2,4-D or gramoxone) in a couple weeks to eliminate the weeds & grass that have sprung up since wheat harvest. I would like to add a residual grass herbicide to the mix to keep any more grass from growing, as well as keep volunteer wheat from growing. Any ideas on a cheap product to use. This should also make for a very clean field next spring-I hope.

Thanks
