Click "Submit" and it should take you here: after browsing to where the pic is stored and selecting a file, click the Submit button and the file will be uploaded and appear in the "Edit Attached Files" window to the right of the browse window. When you have all the pictures you want uploaded, then click the "I'm Done. Click to Post" link
