Hi Eddie,
You are not the only one finding this. There is a theory out there that glyphosate induces manganese deficiency in soybeans. I have seen positive visual results from supplying manganese to soys that have had roundup applied on them. I encourage you to follow the thread that was on earlier, when I had the same question.
Dr. Roemhled who co-authored Mineral Nutrition of Higher Plants talked about this in a training session that I attended in July. I suggest that you have a look at the thread, do a test plot of foliar Mn on your soys and learn!
