In the bottom left corner of the reply section.
I always just start a new line in my message, paste in the link of the web site I want to include, and start another new line. I don't put anything else in that line with the link I paste in. I think you could just separate with spaces before and after, but it is too easy to mess up the link.... So I give it is own line.
It always shows up as a live link for me when I post the message.
This is on a computer or the iPad, never really mattered.
If you are editing with a different setting (not HTML?), it may be different.
