McLeod County Minnesota
Your long stalk problems sound familiar. We hired a guy with a nearly new JD rotary combine to do our beans a year ago and he had trouble with long stalks. I assumed he didn’t have a chopper but he did and he was aware of the problem. This year stalks are as tall as they were at this time last year. I hope he is able to do a better job. Having to chisel plow bean ground to break up muskrat houses from applying NH3 is hard on the bottom line. Keep in touch.
