I don't know much about the pneumatic systems other than the guys who have them swear by them.  It seems to me most of the time there is a cyclone of some kind on top of the bin.  I suppose you could just put an auger in the top of one and drop the grain in the bin that way.  Might even be better as far as hitting a spreader.  You might have to work up some kind of cap for the cyclone.  Here is a photo of one from Sukup's web site
