trakman - 12/26/2015 14:53 Biggest problem I have is pushing the proper control stick to make it do what I intend for it to do. If it's turned around then things are just back a$$ word! If you are flying in tight quarters, it can be nerve racking. Phantom 3 Pro Don't feel bad! it's probably the hardest thing to 'master'! I use the led lights to orientate me; red lights means it's facing away, white lights means its facing front... just like a car. I don't know about dji, but my yuneec has the 'smart' mode, which it always goes in the direction the stick is pointed. there is no longer 'front' 'rear' or side of the aircraft.. Yuneec highly recommends not to use these 'training wheels' for very long! Until it is automatic in your head.. use tiny adjustments in the stick.. to start the turn.. when you confirm it's turning the correct direction, you can always give it more 'juice'.. |
