it was 'almost' me last week.  I caught the dang thing  as it was  cannonballing to the ground. I got there just as it  hit... and when the left side props broke off,  flipped it immediately  'into' my  waiting hand!!   My wound is from the last knuckle to the tip..  and not quite as deep.    I bled like a stuck pig all over my shiny new  bird!!   In my haste I didn't  close my video properly..  and  lost the footage of the bloodbath.  :)   Now a week later,  I bet it'd be quite humorous!   At the time..

AND  of course,   first thing the wife finds on Facebook this morning is   that pic     "SEEEE!!  I TOLD YA"!! 

...   It didn't say,  but I'd almost guarantee that was  caused by aftermarket  carbon fiber props..    

I'm on the fence about  killer duty  props..   I guess I'd rather have a safety 'fuse' or a breakaway prop!
