On the Phantom 2 Vision+ ver3, with the DJI Phantom 2 Vision Assistant_3.6 software you can reverse the direction of the input of each of the sticks by selecting the REV/NORM button on the RC Tab under the basic menu. Up becomes down, left becomes right and Vise Versa.

With the DJI RC System Assistant_1.2 connected to the flight controller you can switch between stick Mode 1 and Mode 2. These modes only swap the pitch and throttle functions between the left and right sticks. The Roll and Yaw functions remain on the right and left sticks respectively.

I don't know what other birds or software versions this works on but I do know this works on my Phantom 2 Vision+ ver3 machine.
