Central Nebraska | The mist / drift will be the biggest issue...just make sure you stay upwind! The video / pictures are actually pretty clear and would probably be able to see down to the pivot tire.
I was going to attach a short video of some low flying in the sweetcorn patch...granted the population is lower but you figure as long as the pivot has been moved before it should have opened it up; but I just realized the file was too big and it only looks like pictures could be attached.
