WCIN | I started this process in December on the website and had not received email back. So, I went back to the website and called them.
They asked the purpose, I said farmer. She said that was commercial (business) and I need to contact my local FAA and gave me the number.
At this point, I'm going to get rid of this thing.
I call the local office and tell him the story. His reply was, if you register as commercial, you have to have a pilot license.
Then he explained that I'm NOT commercial, so call back to the website number to correct the issue and that
the website is outsourced to a company.
This company told me they are experiencing difficulties and working to resolve them.
