Can the 4k video be "downgraded" to be viewed on an older computer?

Im assuming your using an DJI Phantom3 drone ?

On the right hand side of the camera app. You will see a camera settings button. It looks like the camera with a gear on top.
If you press that button, a menu should come up with the options of changing video resolution. Default resolution on a Phantom3 Pro is 4K out of the box. I generally changed that setting to 1080P/60 FPS for my customers when giving them their new drones.

90% of people do not have the system to handle 4K playback, let alone edit in 4K.
If you change that setting over to 1080P , you should have no issue playing back and editing your video.

If you have any other questions.... just ask.
