Most will probably not be interested in LOG or RAW (X5) since these are formats for extensive color grading and post editing.
LOG and RAW actually have a lot more color data in them - but they will be too flat without color grade editing.
If you use one of a broad array of lens filters available - you, again, get another "twist" on all these color modes.
