Lincoln, NE | This is not for everyone...but I'll share it anyway. If one is interested in an FAA 333 Exemption there are many things to understand. First understand what a COA is. Also understand that (today) the FAA requires at least a FAA sport rating. For your personal utility ask yourself: "Do I need a 333 or will hobby status do". Also recognize that for drone usage in agriculture, this process is most likely to change as the industry and technology evolves. Personally, I think it will eventually be streamlined - because its so inefficient on a 1 by 1 basis

I don't necessarily endorse theses people. I'm just saying if you look for clarification - they may be a good resource for you. A phone call costs you nothing.
The most important thing we need to know today is: "What Are The Proper Questions To Ask".
HERE'S MY PERSONAL BOTTOM LINE ON THIS: The waiting list for a 333 exemption review and approval is now about 4-6 months and increasing. What are the odds this whole process will change by that time?? I say the probability is quite high.
