| As of January 22, over 400 attendees have pre-registered for the Midwest Drone Show, scheduled for Decatur, IL, on January 26 & 27. Pre-registration is free until Jan. 24, after which a $20 entry fee will be collected at the door. As farmers consider FAA rules and legal liability, this event will go a long way toward answering important questions. The Midwest head of UAV operations for the FAA is a general session speaker at 1 pm on Tuesday and again at 8:15 on Wednesday. Several different speakers will address liability and insurance coverage. There will be a trade show and many of the exhibitors will also be addressing their own break-out sessions.
