Dwight IL | Great advice. As part of my start up procedure, I always let the ship "warm up". Now I know it doesnt need to warm up like a engine does, but it gives me a chance to check out the ship with the props spinning so I can listen for any abnormalities. It may sound silly but when you have a motor go out at 250' high (the result wasnt pretty or cheap) you learn to pay attention to the little things. I highly recommend others develop their own start up procedure as well. | |
