Hardin County, IA | If your having issues downloading the DJI GO App, there is a workaround. I am using an un-supported android device according to DJI but it works great. What you might have to do is turn on USB debugging on the device. Go into the settings, scroll to the bottom and find "about device". Find the box that says "build number" tap build number 7 times in a row, this will turn on developer options. Once that is done go back to your main settings screen, click on the new box that says "developer options". Find the box that says "USB debugging" and go ahead and turn it on. I had this issue on a Galaxy Tab 4, I did this and it downloaded just fine. Make sure you are downloading it through the Google Play app on the device. What device are you attempting to use?
