North Central Montana | I ordered a ndvi7 camera for my D3p three weeks ago and still have not received it.
I tried calling IRPro but was having issues with my phone in the tractor. I never did talk to anyone and was going to try again in a while.
15 minutes later my phone rings and its IRPro on the line. They must have got my number off caller id and where calling to see what I needed.
The guy checked my order number and told me that they have been really backed up waiting for DJI to ship cameras. He told me that my camera was coming in tomorrow and they would convert it and get it shipped out to me tomorrow. Hope so.
Anyway, I felt pretty good that they went to the trouble to run me down and help me, even after I hadn't given them anyway to find me.
Business must be booming. He said they are waiting for 400 cameras! | |
