Put a fresh battery in it a few hours later and it flew ok, camera is another story. Had a little twitch in it, then quit working all together, no picture on the ipad. Have it sitting in container of rice now, not sure if that is going to do it. Also put battery in rice. Maybe have to get a new camera for it. It's a P3P.
