Well, I'm pretty sure it was fully engaged. I've never-ever had one not fully engaged. But.....I'll dig that suspect battery out of the trash, recharge it, and fly it again. Though, I won't let it get over 50' away from me.

But, as Ringo points out...who would trust it again when it gets out to that FAR distance of maximum line-of-sight?

Maybe I should just offer the battery free to someone if they pay shipping.
