That live feed is hard work for the device to keep up with - make sure pretty much everything else is stopped in the background.
Restart would probably do that as well as anything.
Card popping out is potentially serious but sometimes it's something stupid like a bit of fine debris got in when near the ground.
You might try a blast of air or something like stiff feather(?) to be sure as you can the internal clip mechanism is not fouled.
Despite the rather fragile feel they generally don't give much trouble even taken in and out constantly once you get the knack.
