Its been a while since we have killed any but we are going to kill a bunch this year.If I remember right when the membrane around the bean gets to where it is easy to remove between your fingers they are ready to kill.Or may not even be attached to the bean anymore and me stuck inside the pods.I could be wrong on this ,tomorrow i'll ask dad about it and post back.
