The Canamaize varieties might fit your need. They are varieties, not hybrids so in a lot of cases, you could let the wildlife have them, and then harvest just enough for seed again. Some of them are very early, like the equivalent of say 65 day corn. Solid seeding them with a grain drill might be a good thing for what you want.
Looking for early corn < 75 Days??
