Subject: my thoughts

I have never heard of Green Flag so I can't comment on that but Capture hasn't been very effective under high rootworm pressures. If Capture works in your area I would just use Poncho 1250 instead. My thoughts are then you wouldn't have to install anything on your planter to get the insecticide where you want it. Poncho 1250 works pretty well in moderate pressure areas. Your other option would be to plant Rootwrom corn and don't worry about the insecticide failing. Granulars are still the most effective insecticide out there.
