Southwest Missouri | The local "big" sale barn (Joplin Regional Stockyards) feeds big squares but is having trouble getting any as its normal suppliers are sending theirs to Texas. I think I can sell our 60 bales of prairie for $70 per ton. The bales weigh around 1,600 lbs.
I will keep about 200 bales of milo (all the barn space we have) and try to market the rest. I have no idea how many bales per acre our 180 acres will yield. Guess I will know more in a day or two.
