I think you and I have travelled similar career paths -- I grew up on this farm, got an engineering degree, spent 15 years doing that and been back out here for 10. Lots of folks here think I'm nuts, but I'm guessing you and I could share some stories on the hi-tech side. What got me started on this as much as the security problems are all of the other holes in Windows. The opportunity to move to a decent platform and a stable OS was what got me thinking about Macs -- and we are due to upgrade some machines anyway.
