Shelby, MT | we run two of these sprayers with a 93 f250 7.3 and a 92 f250 7.3 been using one since 90's...they don't have gas engine, are ground driven, can go through wetter ground than pickup rigs because the weight is spread out...and you don't have to have 3/4 ton because the weight is on the trailer part, of course feel better with one...no they are probably not as good as the big ones or self propelled but pickup and used sprayer for 14K and we can have everything fix/updated for reasonable price..been over lots of acres each yr and keep going....and when you need the pickup just put the jack down and leave the sprayer there. The work for me who doesn't have money for the big tractor and sprayer.....wish I did though...
