We've got a 9300 that has problems like that. It is more likely to do it when you run the tank almost empty on fuel. What we determined it to be is that there are some plastic pieces in the tank from when they cut the threads in the tank or something. It'll run fine, but shen you shut it down, it won't start again. Plastic sticks in one of the check valves allowing the pump to lose it's prime.
