Well, we're splitting hairs here, but... The Concept 2000 has carry wheels inside the frame. Prior to the ConservaPak, SeedHawk and SeedMaster drills with their on-row packing systems that set depth, I think it could be argued that an air drill carried all the machine weight on the packers (plus front casters) with no wheels in-frame.
But that's splitting pretty fine hairs..
