instead of edge. I see the bridge is 16 feet wide and support I beam is 3 feet from edge with double planks. By driveing over to one side and off of the main I beam support,, the wagon weight was supported by only the plank end and easy to break with such a load. maybe the bridge was designed to be 12 foot wide and later was extended to 16. an unsupported plank end is not good design.
Probably should have checked the bridge
