Does anyone know where deere would use a 1 1/8 hex shaft coupler? I'm wanting to extend the drive shaft for the units on my 8 row corn head. I needed to widen the head and now the shafts are not long enough. I have enough shafting, but need to connect them. Welding them together is not the strongest and I need to be able to pull the shaft out of the units. Any ideas?
