The well wishes I appreciate. It is obvious that you have experience, either you or someone close to you. I have finally come to terms with the idea this is going to take time, that was the second hardest thing for me, following admitting I had a problem. A problem I could not fix myself. The person I was long ago, the person I want to be again wants things done, done now, and done right. The person I have become could put off attacking the problem forever. Niether of those approaches will work, so I am learning a new one.
Finally, and this goes for all here, in your prayers, don't pray for me, but pray for those who struggle alone. Ashamed. Afraid. Pray for them to find the courage to seek help. They are the people who need prayers.
