Brian they are white. As far as yield goes, I believe it runs from 25-30 tons depending on variety. I have no idea on price, that is contracted between each grower and processor.

The IVT worked great for ripping. Ran it on full eco mode, and set the speed so it would idle back some in the easy spots. Ended up running around 4.5 mph which isn't bad for a 135 hp tractor pulling a 5 shank V ripper as deep as we thought we could. Does drink fuel when pulling that hard. Would have been neat to run the 7510 alongside with same ripper and check fuel consumption.
