I have the opertunity to buy a small piece of land around my acrage and I am trying to figure out what it is worth. It has a 54x90 Morton building on it with no cement and 5 acres. The building was built in 1979 but is in good shape and only 50 ft. from my propery line. The ground has a CSR of 79. What should it be worth?
