Hey Dutch,Thanks for all the pics,always neat to see different farms and crops.

Sorry for more questions,specially if you already answered before.

I see your moisture is 10%,what is the moisture of  the peanuts by the time they are bagged and sold at the grocery store?.I always thought i would try testing some other grains or nuts just to see what would happen,but always forgot to when i had the  time to mess around.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say a jar of Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts would test  5% moisture?.I basing my guess on how crunchy they are when chewing them,lot crunchier than soybeans at say 12-13% moisture.Thanks again Randy.
