Ethridge, TN | Depends on just how much money you want to spend. I started with the 9600's putting on the wide spread kit(tailboard/fins) from Deere, and have never had a problem being able to spread the full width of a 30' head. The only thing that effects it is just how much cross wind you have. You do have to keep the chopper hammers in good condition, as once they really start to show rounded corners on the leading edge, you have to either change them or flip them over. | |
