There are many ways of doing this. Here is one program that will resize your pictures. You can download it here: http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm Another and simpler way is to use a Microsoft Powertoy. You can download it here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx After downloading, Just Right Click on your picture and this will come up
