nw pa | In a perfect world it wouldn't make much difference but it seems that when the high heat hits a kernal of corn it shrinks differently than when dried with just air or low heat. That is the main diffrence and why test wts. are generally higher with low heat. Usually with dryeration and slow cooling you can bring it back or at least keep most of it. When you throw a handfull on a bucket of water and it doesn't sink you know you got troubles. about 47 lb. corn | |
