creston was also made a round stacker but instead of the hay going up into the top of stack like haybuster it was fed in from bottom. I used a roto-baler up til mid 70's
Usually I made the bales maxiumum size about 26 inch diameter with the tension set at max, you didn't pick them up with a pitchfork. Unless you had the nonstop option, you had to stop for each bale to let the twine wrap. With the nonstop an electric solenoid shifted the transmission in overdrive and no need to stop and let the twine wrap.
