I am betting you are topping the master cyn. off level full and screwing the cap back on. Result is the engine heats up and the fluid expands. The brakes have no choice but to expand to relieve the pressure in the master cyn. As the brakes heat up the problem gets worst.
Two choices. One, fill the master cyn. up to only half full. Two, vent the master cyn.
