Subject: Trip home in my Tesla

Agent Orange: Friendly fire that keeps on burning.

We pulled in to our farmyard in MT yesterday. Pretty decent weather for the four day drive. Since I'd made the drive a couple times, it was even easier this time, as far as charging goes. More chargers had been installed and some were better than before. We spent a total of four hours charging but rarely was the entire time used for just charging. Plug in and hike to rest room or restaurant was pretty much the norm. Seemed like some extra time was spent in drive through lines that were longer than normal due to staffing shortages. Not a big deal because we are retired and used to taking our time while doing things.
As you can see from the pic: 1,568 miles used 542 Kwh for an average of nearly three miles per kWH. We had headwinds for the last leg of the trip so the Wh / mile went up a bit and we only made about 2.5 miles / Wh.
