The problem with $4 corn this time is we are post Covid and everything has gone up in price vs last time we had $4 corn. Part and tires are about double, family living expenses at the grocery store are insane and vehicles are so over priced that it’s not even funny. Rents and land prices are at all time highs and that won’t change, somebody will pay that rent till they can’t.
Because of that family living expenses landlords aren't quick to lower the rent either. |
