Southeast Colorado | 13 contiguous qtrs in four tracts just sold a couple of days ago at auction. They would have extended the 12 contiguous ones we already have. They brought about the same as land has been bringing the last 5 years. Not up any.........but certainly not down. I was willing to bid a number that was about 75% of what it brought. Interest rates were definitely a factor in me sitting on my hands. Out of area bidder bought them all.
